Shipping policy
We are truly grateful to all of you for making us a very busy shop. We look forward to helping you bake better with the products you ordered.
How long will my order take?
Your total delivery time is made up of two parts: the time we need to make your order, and the time the carrier needs to bring it to you.
- Crafting and drying time: approximately 2-3 business days before your order ships. Every rolling pin is engraved and finished to order.
- Carrier transit time: see the table below.
Estimated transit time once your order has shipped:
- United States and Canada: USPS Ground Advantage™, 3 to 5 business days
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail, 3 to 5 business days
- Europe: UPS™, 3 to 5 business days
- Asia, Australia, Brazil and Mexico: FedEx™, 6 to 8 business days
- Other countries: FedEx™, the delivery time is shown at checkout
These time frames are estimates only. They exclude weekends and Polish public holidays, and they can be extended by factors outside our control such as stock arrivals, order volume, weather or customs processing. We will always try to make it as fast as possible.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination.
Customs, duties and taxes
There are no customs fees in any country we ship to. Duties and import taxes are prepaid by us and already included in the price you see at checkout. Nothing extra to pay at your door.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your package has not arrived, is lost in transit, is marked delivered but was not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of ordering so we can investigate while the carrier records are still available.
