Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
We don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with our rolling pin, please contact us and together we will try to solve the problem
We cannot accept the return of a personalized order. In the case of any problems please let us know and we will try to help You.
The rollers are made of natural beech wood, so natural defects like small cracks or different shades of wood are natural and are not connected with the production process.
If, however, the defect will make the pin useless for it’s purpose please contact us and we will try to find a solution.
