INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp instant espresso powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
1 1/4 cup butter (room temperature)
2 egg yolks
2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp milk
1 pint of your chosen ice cream (allow to sit out for 10 min. prior to assembly)
